Pan Piotr Jan Wielowieyski

Independent Member of the Supervisory Board
Delegated to act temporarily as the Member of the Management Board responsible for Petrochemical Operations

Master of Science in Economics. In 1978, he graduated from the Faculty of Economic Sciences of the University of Warsaw.

Since 2008, Member of the Management Board of Libella Sp. z o.o. Between 2004-2007, Member of the Management Board of Foksal NFI S.A. (listed company); between 2003-2004, President and Member of the Management Board of Zachodni NFI S.A. (listed company); between 1998-2002, Member of the Management Board and Investment Director of PBK Inwestycje S.A.; between 1996-1998, Member of the Management Board of Fidea Menagement Sp. z o.o. (managing entity of Foksal NFI S.A.); between 1991-1996, employed at the World Bank (IFC) as Corporate Finance Officer. In 1998, he graduated from a course for investment advisors and securities analysts (Centrum Prywatyzacji BiF). In 1999, he passed the exam for candidates for members of Supervisory Boards in companies controlled by the State Treasury. To date, he has held positions in Supervisory Boards of 11 companies, including 3 stock exchange listed companies.  During the previous term of office, Member of PKN ORLEN Supervisory Board between February 2008 and June 2010.

On 25 June 2010, re-appointed as Member of PKN ORLEN Supervisory Board for another term.

8 December 2011 PKN ORLEN's Supervisory Board delegated Mr. Piotr Wielowieyski, to act temporarily as the Member of the Management Board responsible for Petrochemical Operations.

On 21st of December 2011 he was appointed the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of ANWILL S.A. and Basell ORLEN Polyolefins Sp. z o.o.
