Grażyna Piotrowska-Oliwa

Grażyna Piotrowska-Oliwa is a graduate of the Academy of Music in Katowice (1993), The National School of Public Administration in Warsaw (1997) and MBA studies at INSEAD (2005).

She has also completed strategic planning course (Queens University, Canada - 1996), training for candidates for supervisory board members in State Treasury ownership companies (1997), course for investment advisors (Privatization Center – 1998), macroeconomic and financial courses (London School of Economics – 1999).

During 1997-2001, she worked at the State Treasury as Head of the Capital Funds Department, then as a Head of Strategic Companies and of the Financial Institution Department.

During 2001-2006 she served as Director of the Department of Co-operation with the Regulator and (2006-2007) as Executive Director of Strategy, Development and Wholesale Offer at Telekomunikacja Polska S.A. From March 2007 to September 2009 she held the position of the General Director, CEO at PTK CENTERTEL Sp. z o.o.(the Orange mobile network operator), TP S.A. Group. She has been a Vice President of Employers of Poland since April 2007 and an advisor in the private equity sector since November 2010.

Grazyna Piotrowska-Oliwa was also a Member of Supervisory Boards of Fundusz Górnośląski S.A. in Katowice, The National Depositary of Securities, PZU S.A., ABC DATA S.A.
