Characteristic
Farbasol is a product obtained in the Reforming unit. Its main components are C9 type aromatic hydrocarbons.
Farbasol is obtained through distillation of broad-fraction stream of refinery-originating hydrocarbons.
Applications
The product, being a mixture of aromatic hydrocarbons, is chiefly used as a solvent in the lacquer industry and for production of petrol fuel.
