Characteristics
Liquid sulphur is obtained in the Hydrogen Sulphide Utilisation unit as a product of processing of H2S-containing gases. 
The product temperature is around 140°C. Its colour is yellow. The product features high purity, of min. 99.95%. According to Polish Standard PN–70/C-84083, it is a product of the highest quality. 

Applications
High purity of sulphur makes it a good precursor for chemical syntheses, chiefly for production of sulphuric acid, CS2 and sulphur-based dyes. It is also used for vulcanisation of rubber, in the paper industry and for production of matches. Sulphur is sold in thermally insulated rail tank cars.
