PKN ORLEN S.A. (“Company") hereby informs that on 24 May 2017 PKN ORLEN S.A. submitted to the Polish Financial Supervision Authority the prospectus relating to the public bond issue programme (“Programme”), approved by the Company’s Supervisory Board during its meeting held on 26 April 2017.
The bond issue programme assumes the issue of several bond series up to the total amount of PLN 1 bn during 12 months. The bonds will be offered in a public offering, , after the approval and publication of the prospectus. PKN ORLEN plans to introduce the bonds to trading on the Catalyst regulated market. The parameters of each issue will be determined based on the current market environment and the Company's needs.
