("PKN ORLEN") announces the unified text of the Articles of Association of PKN ORLEN (“Articles of Association”), which includes changes approved by the Ordinary General Meeting of PKN ORLEN held on 25 June 2010 (“Ordinary General Meeting”). Changes to the Articles of Association of PKN ORLEN, approved by this Ordinary General Meeting, were registered in the register of entrepreneurs (decree of the District Court in Warsaw, Poland dated 11 August 2010, no. WA.XIV NS-REJ.KRS/016069/10/969, delivered to the Company on 19 August 2010).
