As the term of office of the current Management Board of PKN ORLEN is expiring, at the meeting of January 26th 2011 the Supervisory Board resolved to announce a competition for the position of President and Management Board Members.
Announcements with detailed competition terms will be published in national dailies and on the website of PKN ORLEN SA on January 28th 2011.
The current Management Board's term of office expires on the day the General Shareholders Meeting is held to sum up 2010.
