PKN ORLEN has submitted a prospectus for the planned second public bond programme to the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (PFSA). The programme provides for the issue, in several series spread over twelve months, of bonds for a total amount of up to PLN 1bn. The parameters of each issue will be adjusted to market expectations and PKN ORLEN’s needs on an ongoing basis.

The decision to launch another bond programme was preceded by detailed market analysis and based on PKN ORLEN’s extensive experience in issuing debt securities.

“The success of PKN ORLEN’s previous debt issues, both to institutional and retail investors, demonstrates a strong market demand for such offerings from trusted and reliable partners. We have managed to build a strong brand in the financial markets, confirmed by the high ratings from Fitch and Moody’s. We would like to leverage that potential once again,” said Sławomir Jędrzejczyk, Vice President of the PKN ORLEN Management Board, CFO.

The bonds will be sold in a public offering once the prospectus is approved for publication. PKN ORLEN plans to introduce the debt securities to trading on the regulated market as part of the Catalyst platform.
