The PKN ORLEN Supervisory Board has reappointed Jacek Krawiec, the Company’s CEO since 2008, as President of the Management Board. The new three-year term of office will begin on the day following the Annual General Meeting which approves the financial statements for 2013.

The Management Board of the new term of office will also include: Mr Sławomir Jędrzejczyk, Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer; Mr Piotr Chełmiński, Member, Petrochemical Operations; Mr Krystian Pater, Member, Refinery Operations, and Mr Marek Podstawa, Member, Sales. “In addition to being a sign of confidence, the Supervisory Board’s decision is for us also a clear confirmation that the course charted in our 2013-2017 strategy has been the right one in the context of the current volatile macroeconomic environment and the troubled condition of the European refining industry,” commented Mr Krawiec. “We realise that the only way to achieve the ambitious goals outlined in the strategy is to be consistent in our actions and to maintain PKN ORLEN’s stable financial position achieved in recent years. This key objective – the pursuit of growth while maintaining financial stability – will continue to define our priorities in the years to come,” added the Company’s CEO.
