PKN ORLEN expands the geographical reach of its fleet cards
30-04-2012    petrol stations

PKN ORLEN has prepared for its clients a new international card, OPEN DRIVE. Card holders will be able to make cashless payments at over 2,500 of the PKN ORLEN Group's service stations operating under the ORLEN and BLISKA brands in Poland, the BENZINA and BENZINA PLUS brands in the Czech Republic, the STAR brand in Germany and the ORLEN brand in Lithuania.

The OPEN DRIVE card has been designed primarily for corporate accounts with car fleets travelling across Poland, Germany, Lithuania and the Czech Republic. To facilitate settlements, all transactions charged to an OPEN DRIVE card in a given country will be recorded on a single VAT invoice. The client may choose the currency for settling foreign transactions, i.e. PLN or EUR. Clients may also reclaim VAT on foreign transactions on very attractive terms.
Security of fleet-card transactions is a priority for PKN ORLEN. That is why, as in the case of the Flota Programme, OPEN DRIVE cards offer a free-of-charge, convenient and safe access to on-line accounts for fleet managers. Logging to a customised website, clients have full access to all purchase reports and invoices, may deactivate their cards, apply for new ones or change daily limits.

Under the OPEN DRIVE programme, one company may hold several cards with various levels of purchase restrictions. In this way, clients may customise card features to individual needs of every driver, who receives a single card accepted on the Polish, Czech, German and Lithuanian markets. Clients may also set and modify daily spending limits for every card, even if it is already in use.

Applications for OPEN DRIVE cards may be filed on-line at www.flota.orlen.pl or with our consultants by calling the 24-hour infoline of the FLOTA programme:
0801 235 682, or 0801 2 FLOTA – from a landline
0501 235 682, or 0501 2 FLOTA – from a mobile
