Fuel prices in Poland among the lowest in Europe

​Despite oil price hikes, fuel prices at Polish service stations are still among the lowest in Europe. Cheaper PB 95 gasoline can only be bought in Romania, Turkey, Bulgaria, and Kosovo. The same holds true for taxes included in the price of fuels. Only in Bulgaria, Romania and Luxembourg the VAT and excise taxes account for a smaller portion of the price of gasoline.

ORLEN committed to promoting advancement of electric mobility

​By investing in electric mobility PKN ORLEN may be able to bear the costs of the emissions charge without passing them onto customers. The Company has stepped up its programme of building electric vehicle charging infrastructure by selecting a total of 150 service stations in urban areas and on main transit roads to deploy electric chargers. During the initial phase of the pilot programme around 50 fast charging points will be deployed by the end of 2019.

​Improved engine cleaning properties and emission reductions: these are the features of the new EFECTA 95 and EFECTA Diesel fuels confirmed by independent tests. By cleaning car engines, EFECTA fuels prolong their lifespan and improve performance. As of today, they are available across the ORLEN retail chain, replacing EuroSuper 95 and Ekodiesel Ultra.

Changes on Unipetrol Management Board

​At its meeting held today, the Supervisory Board of Unipetrol removed Andrzej Mikołaj Modrzejewski and Robert Dominik Małłek from the company’s Management Board.
