New CEO of PKN ORLEN
At today’s meeting, having taken into account a motion from the Minister of Treasury and acting in accordance with the Company’s Articles of Association, the Supervisory Board of PKN ORLEN has dismissed Igor Chalupec from the Management Board of PKN ORLEN with immediate effect.
At the same time the Supervisory Board has appointed Piotr Kownacki, Vice-President of the Company, to the position of the President & CEO of PKN ORLEN. This concludes the point raised in the Agenda relating to the Changes in the Management Board.
The Supervisory Board thanks Igor Chalupec for his contribution and achievements while President & CEO of PKN ORLEN.
