New CEO at AB Mazeikiu Nafta

Following the expiry of Marek Mroczkowski’s contract and lack of agreement over new contractual provisions, the Management of AB Mazeikiu Nafta has accepted the resignation of Marek Mroczkowski from the position of President & CEO, effective as of 31st July 2009.

At the same time, starting from 1st August 2009, the post of President & CEO of AB Mazeikiu Nafta will be assumed by Krystian Pater, Member of the Management Board of PKN ORLEN and AB Mazeikiu Nafta. The above decisions will be officially approved by the Supervisory Board of AB Mazeikiu Nafta on 24th July 2009.
