USD 63 million for Mazeikiu Nafta
Mazeikiu Nafta has recived USD 63m of insurance in the third tranche of reimbursements after the Vacuum Distillation Column fire in 2007. The first tranche of USD 70m was transferred to Mazeikiu Nafta at the end of September 2007. In January 2008 the company received another USD 40m.
Further reimbursements are still the subject of negotiations. The Vacuum Distillation Column was destroyed in fire on 12th October 2006. The facility was rebuilt in December 2007 and brought back into operation in January 2008.
