Baltic Power
Baltic Power - a joint venture of ORLEN SA and Northland Power is the most advanced offshore wind project in Poland with a maximum capacity of 1,2 GW. All offshore assets have now been installed, including 76 turbines with a capacity of 15 MW – the largest commercially available in Europe. In July 2026, the first power from the offshore wind farm was delivered to the national grid. Testing of the wind farm is currently underway. Once the commissioning phase is complete and the final licence has been granted, Baltic Power will be able to generate up to 4 TWh of electricity per year, which corresponds to 3% of Poland’s current demand.
