Polski Koncern Naftowy ORLEN S.A. ("PKN ORLEN") informs that on 28 March 2014 PKN ORLEN and Rosneft Oil Company, Moscow, Russia, signed an annex (“Annex”) to the agreement dated 21 June 2013 for REBCO crude oil deliveries to Unipetrol RPA s.r.o.

The Annex provides monthly increase of crude oil volumes deliveries to Unipetrol RPA s.r.o. by 50 th t of REBCO crude oil. The Annex will be valid from 1 April 2014 to 31 June 2016.

As of the day of signing of the Annex, the estimated value of the deliveries, specified in the Annex, by 30 June 2016 amounts to approximately USD 1,05 bn (i.e. approximately PLN 3,2 bn, based on the average PLN/USD exchange rate as of 28 March 2014, as stated by the National Bank of Poland).

Unipetrol RPA s.r.o. is a company, in which 100% of shares is held by Unipetrol a.s. PKN ORLEN owns ca. 63% share in Unipetrol a.s.

In accordance with the “Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information to be published by issuers of securities and on the conditions under which such information may be recognized as being equivalent to information required by the regulations of law of a state which is not a member state” the abovementioned Annex is a “significant agreement” due to the fact that its value exceeds 10% of PKN ORLEN’s equity.
