Polski Koncern Naftowy ORLEN S.A. (“PKN ORLEN”, “Company”), announces that the Supervisory Board of PKN ORLEN, following its meeting on 8 February 2016, has recalled Mr Marek Podstawa from PKN ORLEN Management Board and at the same time appointed Mr Mirosław Kochalski to the position of the Vice-President of PKN ORLEN Management Board and Mr Zbigniew Leszczyński to the position of the member of Company’s Management Board for the common three year term of office ending on the day of the Ordinary Shareholders Meeting that will approve financial statement for 2016.
