For business

Ethyl tertbutyl ether (ETBE)

Characteristics
ETBE is produced in the process of synthesis of C4 fraction – contained isobutylene with alcohol (bioethanol).

The synthesis of the isobutylene with alcohol runs in the presence of acidic ion exchange resins as the catalyst.

Application
Our entire output of ETBE is used as a component of fuel petrol to increase its octane rating.
