The Company paid out dividend for the first time since 2008, at a yield of 3.8% (based on the average ORLEN stock price in 2012), and regained, after four years, investment grade ratings from Fitch and Moody’s.

PKN ORLEN assumes PETROLOT's aviation fuel sales

As part of the restructuring of the ORLEN Group’s aviation fuel sales model, PKN ORLEN is taking over direct sales of JET A-1 and AVGAS 100LL fuels to air carriers from PETROLOT, which will continue to operate as a ground handling agent.

Series C and Series D Bonds on Catalyst

With a decision of the Warsaw Stock Exchange, another two series of PKN ORLEN retail bonds are to be listed on the Catalyst Market as of December 9th. When this happens, the total nominal value of PKN ORLEN's debt securities traded on the exchange will have reached PLN 700m year-to-date.

ORLEN to drill ninth exploratory well

PKN ORLEN has spudded a new vertical exploratory well. The works are taking place in the municipality of Stoczek Łukowski, county of Łuków.

Another milion of PKN ORLEN retail bonds offered to the market

After the hugely successful sale of the third series of its retail bonds (the issue was fully subscribed on the first day of the subscription period), PKN ORLEN is again offering investors its debt securities - Series D bonds with a total value of PLN 100m. To date, the Company has issued three series of bonds worth PLN 600m in aggregate, as part of a bond issue programme for up to PLN 1bn.

Canada's TriOil now part of the ORLEN Group

ORLEN Upstream International B.V., a subsidiary of ORLEN Upstream of the ORLEN Group, today became the holder of a 100% interest in TriOil, a Canadian company.

TriOil shareholders approved the proposal to purchase their company by PKN ORLEN

The General Meeting of TriOil Resources Ltd of Canada has accepted PKN ORLEN's purchase offer for TriOil shares, in acquisition of the company. As a consequence, ORLEN Upstream International B.V., a subsidiary of ORLEN Upstream registered in the Netherlands, will acquire all outstanding TriOil shares.

Series C bond issue a great success

Investor interest in PKN ORLEN's retail bonds has surpassed all expectations – the Series C debt securities, with a total par value of PLN 200m, were significantly oversubscribed on the first day of the subscription period. Retail investors represented the majority of investors interested in purchasing the bonds. Given the huge demand and an expected large reduction in subscription orders, the Company is already considering the issue of another bond series.
