ORLEN contracted crude oil supplies to Płock from Tatneft Europe AG

PKN ORLEN has signed long-term contract for crude oil supplies for Production Plant in Płock. The contract provides for the supply from 3,6m up to 7,2m tonnes of crude oil and value of the contract is estimated at up to approximately PLN 7,4 bn.

PKN ORLEN launches Metathesis project

Increase in supply of crude oil to the Czech Republic

PKN ORLEN has signed an annex to a long-term contract for the supply of crude oil to the Czech Republic. The transaction is connected with Unipetrol's purchase of 16.335% of the shares in Česká Rafinérská from Shell, which was effected last year.

Expiry of Whirlwind contract

Today, PKN ORLEN repurchased from Whirlwind a pool of mandatory oil reserves sold to the company in December 2012. The transaction value of approximately USD 400m, including settlement of the forward contract hedging the purchase price of the oil, is close to the amount of proceeds received from its sale a year ago.

Crude supplies for Unipetrol secured under first long-term contract

PKN ORLEN has signed a long-term contract for the supply of crude oil to the Czech Republic. The contract was signed during the St. Petersburg Economic Forum. The contracted volumes can cover from 60% to 100% of UNIPETROL's total demand for oil, depending on the economics of the contracted deliveries relative to the conditions prevailing on the crude oil market at a given time.

ORLEN signs a contract for crude oil supplies directly from Rosneft Oil Company
