Moody`s Investors Service assigned final credit rating for Eurobonds issued in ORLEN Capital Group

Polski Koncern Naftowy ORLEN S.A. ("PKN ORLEN"), informs that, on 7 June 2016 Moody`s Investors Service (“Moody’s”, “Agency”) assigned final “Baa3” rating for Eurobonds issued by ORLEN Capital AB. Eurobonds are guaranteed by PKN ORLEN.

Eurobonds rating is at the same level as PKN ORLEN issuer rating assigned by the Agency: “Baa3”. The outlook on PKN ORLEN rating is stable.

PKN ORLEN holds 100% of shares in ORLEN Capital AB.
