Disclosure of delayed inside information regarding consent of the ORLEN Management and Supervisory Boards for acquisition of the network of petrol stations in Austria

ORLEN S.A. (“Company”) discloses the following inside information, publication of which was delayed:

-on 30 June 2023:

“PKN ORLEN S.A. („Company”) informs that on 30 June 2023 the Company’s Management Board has agreed to acquire from an Austrian company, a network of petrol stations in Austria, operating under Turmöl brand.

The Transaction requires the consent of the Company’s Supervisory Board, for which the Management Board will immediately apply.”

-on 3 July 2023:

“ORLEN S.A. („Company”) informs that on 3 July 2023 the Company’s Supervisory Board has agreed to acquire from an Austrian company, a network of petrol stations in Austria, operating under Turmöl brand.”
