Targets for 2026

  • Stabilise and consistently reduce TRIR to achieve a target of ≤0.34.
  • Enhance occupational safety systems for employees and contractors within ORLEN Group companies

Targets for 2030

  • Consistently reduce the TRIR target level to ≤0.31.
  • Implement the Occupational Health and Safety segmental management policy across the ORLEN Group.

    of Major Industrial Accidents across the entire ORLEN Group.

  • Advance and fine-tune the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS),
    fire safety, and process safety segmental management system within
    the ORLEN Group.

  • Include all ORLEN Group employees in health programmes covering both physical and mental well-being:
    • implement a psychoeducational programme and provide psychological support to employees;
    • expand the range of disease prevention projects.
