Opening of liquidation proceedings for „RAF–SŁUŻBA RATOWNICZA”

Polski Koncern Naftowy ORLEN S.A. ("PKN ORLEN") hereby informs that on 7 August 2014 the Extraordinary Shareholders Meeting of „RAF–SŁUŻBA RATOWNICZA” Sp. z o.o. („RAF–SŁUŻBA RATOWNICZA”) headquartered in Jedlicze, adopted a resolution regarding the dissolution of „RAF–SŁUŻBA RATOWNICZA” on 7 August 2014 as well as appointing of Mr Rafal Zaborski as the liquidator of „RAF–SŁUŻBA RATOWNICZA”. The motion regarding the opening of the liquidation proceedings for „RAF–SŁUŻBA RATOWNICZA” will be submitted in the register court in Rzeszow.

The purpose of „RAF–SŁUŻBA RATOWNICZA” was to assure fire protection for Rafineria Nafty Jedlicze S.A. Currently these tasks are realised by Company’s Fire Brigade created within Rafineria Nafty Jedlicze S.A. structure.

Rafineria Nafty Jedlicze S.A. is the sole shareholder of „RAF–SŁUŻBA RATOWNICZA”.
PKN ORLEN owns 100% of the registered capital of Rafineria Nafty Jedlicze S.A.
