The unified text of the Articles of Association of PKN ORLEN

Polski Koncern Naftowy ORLEN S.A. ("PKN ORLEN") announces the unified text of the Articles of Association of PKN ORLEN (“Articles of Association”), which includes changes approved by the Ordinary General Meeting of PKN ORLEN held on 28 April 2015 (“Ordinary General Meeting”). Changes to the Articles of Association of PKN ORLEN, approved by the Ordinary General Meeting, were registered in the register of entrepreneurs (decree of the District Court in Warsaw, Poland dated 26 May 2015, no. WA.XIV NS-REJ.KRS/015139/15/051) and delivered to the Company on 1 June 2015.
