Changes in ORLEN Supervisory Board composition
ORLEN S.A. (“Company”) informs that on 9 June 2026 the Company’s Ordinary General Meeting appointed following persons to the Company’s Supervisory Board:
- Mr Remigiusz Paszkiewicz appointed as of 1 July 2026,
- Mr Marcin Siudy appointed as of 9 June 2026.
Mr Remigiusz Paszkiewicz
President of the Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A.
Experienced manager and expert in the field of transformation of large industrial organisations. Specialises in conducting effective restructuring processes in the sectors of infrastructure, railways and logistics, under highly-complex operational conditions and under time pressure. In his career he has successfully carried out deep structural and organisational reforms, among others in the Ukrainian Railways (Ukrzaliznytsia), where he was responsible for splitting up the infrastructure and transport activities in accordance with European Union requirements, as well as in the Polish State Railways (PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe), where he oversaw the largest modernisation program in the history of the Polish railways to that time.
Since August 2025 he has served as the President of the Management Board of the Grupa Przemysłowa Baltic Sp. z o.o., undertaking steel structure projects for the onshore and offshore wind energy sector, shipbuilding industry and nuclear energy. He is responsible for development of the Group, its industrial transformation and for building the position of Grupa Przemysłowa Baltic Sp. z o.o. as a Tier 1 partner in strategic energy projects in Poland.
In the years 2023–2025 he served as a Member of the Management Board of Slovenske Železnice – Tovorni Promet. Previously he was, among others, President of ANWIL S.A. (ORLEN Group), PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A. and as an advisor in several projects involving the logistics and strategy of development of infrastructure companies.
He has extensive experience in managing large investment projects and obtaining financing from international institutions (EIB, EBRD, World Bank) and in the implementation of modern management tools. In 2014 as President of PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A., he was honoured with an award by the European Commission for best railway infrastructure manager in Europe. A member of supervisory bodies for commercial law companies over many years.
A graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology, the National School of Public Administration and the College of Europe in Natolin. He also completed an educational program at the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.
Mr Marcin Siudy
Marcin Siudy has over 25 years of professional experience gained in the financial, retail, real estate and hotel sectors. He specializes in corporate finance, strategic management, financing acquisition, risk management and ownership supervision.
He currently serves as CFO and Acting Director of the Finance and Digitalization Division at Polish Hotel Holding (Polski Holding Hotelowy), where he is responsible for the financial strategy of the capital group as well as finance, controlling, accounting, tax, IT and digital transformation areas.
Previously, for 15 years, he held key management roles as Chief Financial Officer, Managing Director and Member of the Management Board, being responsible for financial management of capital groups, strategic planning, implementation of investment projects, joint venture initiatives and supervision of portfolio companies of an investment fund.
He began his professional career in the banking sector and financial institutions, where he executed financial market transactions and participated in organizing corporate bond issues.
He is a graduate of the University of Economics in Katowice, where he earned a master’s degree in economics. He also holds an MBA diploma from Oxford Brookes University and Polish Open University.
Mr Paszkiewicz and Mr Siudy submitted statements that they are not involved in any activity competitive with ORLEN S.A. and are not partners of any competitive civil law partnership, partnership, capital company. They also stated that they are not on the list of insolvent debtors kept on record on the National Court Register Act.
