Dismissal of the appeal in the case for annulment of the resolution of Ordinary General Meeting of ORLEN S.A. 

ORLEN S.A. (“Company”) hereby informs that the District Court in Łódź has today announced the verdict, in which it dismissed the appeal of the Company’s shareholder for annulment or repeal of the resolution no 30 adopted by the Ordinary General Meeting of ORLEN on 25 June 2024 on discharge of the member of the Company’s Management Board, Mr Michał Klimaszewski of liability for his activities in 2023.

The verdict is final.
