Diana Batko
Vice-President of the Management Board, Logistics and Procurement
An accomplished logistics executive with more than 25 years of experience focused on operational management, finance and corporate governance.
From 2015 to 2026, she served as Managing Director and authorised commercial representative of Hupac Terminal Brwinów, part of the Swiss Hupac Group, one of Europe’s leading intermodal transport operators. She led the development of the intermodal terminal in Brwinów from inception to launch, overseeing the acquisition of the site, securing the required administrative approvals and delivering the project through to the start of operations. She subsequently managed the terminal’s day-to-day business, with responsibility for its financial performance and for relationships with rail carriers, PKP PLK and European logistics operators.
Between 2011 and 2014, she was Director of the Corporate Governance Office at PKP CARGO S.A. In this role, she was involved in the Group’s preparations for its 2013 stock market listing and was responsible for aligning the governance frameworks of its subsidiaries with the standards required of a publicly listed company.
She spent a total of 17 years with the PKP CARGO Group, where her previous roles included Director of the Economic Office, responsible for business planning and budgeting. She also served for six years on the supervisory boards of Group companies.
She holds a degree in Finance and Banking from the Kraków University of Economics, as well as an MBA and postgraduate qualifications in management accounting, management control and the organisation of freight transport in the European Union.
