A manager with over 25 years of experience, primarily in the logistics sector, combining operational, financial, and corporate expertise.

From 2015 to 2026, she served as Managing Director and Authorized Signatory of Hupac Terminal Brwinów, part of the Swiss Hupac Group, one of Europe’s leading intermodal transport operators. She oversaw the construction of the intermodal terminal in Brwinów—from land acquisition, through administrative procedures, to its operational launch in 2022—and subsequently managed its day-to-day operations, overseeing the company’s financial performance and maintaining relationships with  rail carriers, PKP PLK, and European logistics operators.

From 2011 to 2014, she served as Director of the Ownership Supervision Office at PKP CARGO S.A. She participated in preparing the Group for its debut on the Warsaw Stock Exchange (GPW) in 2013—the first publicly traded rail freight carrier in the EU—and was responsible for aligning the corporate governance of subsidiaries with the requirements of a public company. She has been with the PKP CARGO Group for a total of 17 years, including as Director of the Economic Office, responsible for planning and budgeting for the entire Company. For six years, she served on the supervisory boards of Group companies.

She holds a degree in Finance and Banking from the Kraków University of Economics, an MBA, and postgraduate degrees in management accounting and controlling, as well as in the organization of freight transport in the EU. She is fluent in German.
