Mr. Przemysław Ciszak is graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. He also completed postgraduate studies in European Union Law at Birmingham University in the United Kingdom, postgraduate studies in Intellectual Property Law at the Warsaw University, a tax advisor course, as well as numerous courses and training programs in legal sciences and management.

Between 2002 and 2007, he worked at the Chancellery of the Prime Minister and then at the Government Legislation Centre, where he was involved, among others, with projects in the field of regional policy, transport and energy. Then, from 2008 to 2018, he headed the legal and ownership supervision department of PKP CARGO S.A., PKP S.A. and Polska Grupa Zbrojeniowa S.A.

Since 2018, he has been practicing as an independent legal advisor, and since April 2025, he has served as Managing Director for Corporate Affairs at the Industrial Development Agency S.A. Currently he holds the position of the General Director at the Ministry of the State Assets.

He specializes in market regulation issues, with particular emphasis on transport, energy, and real estate. He served as a member of the Higher Disciplinary Court of the National Chamber of Legal Advisors.
