Announcement for Potential Suppliers to the Olefins Complex
PKN ORLEN S.A. (“the Company”) informs that on 22 June 2021 it signed a contract for the construction of the Olefins III plant complex (“the Project”) under an EPCC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning) contract with Hyundai Engineering Co., Ltd., based in Seoul, and Técnicas Reunidas S.A., based in Madrid.
According to the contract signed for the construction of the Olefins III Complex, the General Contractor for the project is Hyundai Engineering Poland Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, Tecnicas Reunidas S.A. Spółka Jawna.
In view of the above, and in order to meet your needs, if you wish to express your interest in participating in the project as a supplier, sub-supplier, subcontractor for construction, installation or construction and assembly works, a service provider or in any other scope of cooperation or participation in the implementation of the aforementioned project, in order to facilitate your communication with the General Contractor, we hereby provide the contact details of the General Contractor of the project. At the same time, the General Contractor reserves the right to contact only selected entrepreneurs.

At the same time, we would like to inform you that the above constitutes neither an invitation by PKN ORLEN S.A. to submit an offer nor an invitation to negotiate within the meaning of the Act of 23 April 1964 – the Civil Code (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1740, 2320, and of 2021, item 1509). The provisions concerning offers within the meaning of Article 66 et seq. of the Civil Code and the provisions concerning auctions and tenders set out in Articles 70(1) to 70(5) of the Civil Code do not apply.
PKN ORLEN S.A. assumes no liability for the use of the data you provide to the General Contractor.
Furthermore, PKN ORLEN S.A. informs you that your application should be sent directly and exclusively to the address indicated above for the General Contractor. In view of the above, PKN ORLEN S.A. will not be involved in the process of gathering information or selecting entrepreneurs to cooperate with the General Contractor. The General Contractor will be the data controller, within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council | 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), the General Contractor will be the controller of the personal data provided in the form.
