PGNiG: Annexes to agreements on partial financing of underground gas storage projects

The Management Board of Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo SA (“PGNiG”) hereby reports that on March 5th 2012 PGNiG and Instytut Nafty i Gazu of Kraków (“the Implementing Entity”) executed annexes to the agreements on partial financing of the underground gas storage projects carried out as part of Measure 10.1 “Development of Transmission Systems for Electricity, Natural Gas and Crude Oil, as well as Construction and Reconstruction of Natural Gas Storage Facilities”, provided for in Priority X “Energy Security including Diversification of Energy Sources” under the Infrastructure and Environment Operational Programme for 2007–2013.
Annex No. 2 to agreement No. UDA-POIS.10.01.00-00-001/09-00 on partial financing of the project designated as “The Strachocina Underground Gas Storage Facility” amends: the maximum amount of eligible costs to PLN 126,795,918.41 (from PLN 165,981,607.00 ) and the maximum level of co-financing to PLN 62,862,127.05 (from PLN 53,207,559.50).
Annex No. 2 to agreement No. UDA-POIS.10.01.00-00-002/09-00 on partial financing of the project designated as “The Wierzchowice Underground Gas Storage Facility” amends: the maximum amount of eligible costs to PLN 916,200,537.00 (from PLN 1,603,272,961.00) and the maximum level of co-financing to PLN 497,274,225.88 (from PLN 503,631,338.25).
