(“PGNiG”, “the Company”) hereby reports that today the Company has been notified of the resignation of Mr Stanisław Rychlicki from the position of Member of the Supervisory Board of PGNiG as of January 10th 2012 due to personal reasons.Mr Stanisław Rychlicki was the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of PGNiG from February 15th 2008.
