PGNiG: PGNiG Notes Placed with the Group Subsidiaries

The Management Board of Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo SA (“PGNiG”) reports that the issue of 500 Notes with a total value of PLN 50,000,000.00 zł of 5 March 2013, which was to be acquired by Mazowiecka Spółka Gazownictwa ("MSG"), did not come into effect due to operational reasons. The issue was reported in the current report 35/2013 of 5 March 2013.
