PGNiG: Appointment of Mr Jacek Murawski for the Vice-President of the Management Board by the Supervisory Board of PGNiG SA – supplementary information

Current Report No. 54/2013As a supplement to Current Report No. 32/2013, the Management Board of Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo SA ("PGNiG”, "the Company") hereby provides additional information on Mr Jacek Murawski, appointed as Vice-President of the PGNiG Management Board by the Company's Supervisory Board, with effect as of April 1st 2013.Mr Jacek Murawski stated that he is not engaged in any activities competitive to PGNiG’s business and is not a partner in any competitive civil-law partnership or another type of partnership, or member of the governing bodies of any company competitive to PGNiG. Mr Jacek Murawski is not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained under the National Court Register Act.
