PGNiG: Registration of Amendments to PGNiG’s Articles of Association by Court

The Management Board of Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo SA (“PGNiG”) hereby reports that on July 31st 2013 it received the decision issued by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register, dated July 22nd 2013, concerning registration of amendments to PGNiG’s Articles of Association adopted by virtue of Resolution No. 6/VI/2013 of the Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting of PGNiG held on June 26th 2013. The registration of amendments took place on July 22nd 2013.
The registered amendments were presented in the current report no. 114/2013 dated June 26th 2013.
