PGNiG: Delegation of the member of the Supervisory Board to act as a member of the Management Board of PGNiG SA

Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo SA ("PGNiG") hereby reports that on September 16th 2013 the Supervisory Board decided to delegate Mr Zbigniew Skrzypkiewicz, a member of the Supervisory Board, to act as member of the Management Board responsible for Corporate Affairs from September 16th 2013 until December 16th 2013.
