PGNiG: Addition to draft resolutions for the Annual General Meeting of PGNiG SA convened for May 15th 2014

The Management Board of Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo SA (“PGNiG” or the "Company”) is publishing draft resolutions placed on the agenda of the Annual General Meeting of PGNiG convened for May 15th 2014.
The proposed resolutions are in addition to the draft resolutions published by the Company on April 14th 2014 in Current Report No. 51/2014.
