PGNiG: Resignation of Mr Wojciech Chmielewski from the position of Chairman and Member of the PGNiG Supervisory Board

The Management Board of Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo SA ("PGNiG") reports that on July 22nd 2015 PGNiG was notified of Mr Wojciech Chmielewski resignation from the position of Chairman and Member of the PGNiG Supervisory Board with effect as of July 22nd 2015, citing no reason.
