Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo SA ("PGNiG") hereby discloses the list of shareholders who had a right to exercise at least 5% of total votes at the Extraordinary General Meeting of PGNiG on December 29th 2015, the number of votes held by each of them to their shares, and an indication of their percentage of the number of votes at the Extraordinary General Meeting and the total number of votes.
