PGNiG: Changes in the composition of the PGNiG Supervisory Board

The Management Board of Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo SA (“PGNiG”) reports that the Extraordinary General Meeting of PGNiG SA held on October 19th 2015:
1. removed Ms Agnieszka Woś from the Supervisory Board,
2. appointed Mr Grzegorz Nakonieczny to the Supervisory Board.
Mr Grzegorz Nakonieczny
Mr Grzegorz Nakonieczny graduated in Economic Theory from the Warsaw School of Economics. He later began work at Bank Depozytowo-Kredytowy in Lublin, where he joined the Marketing Office’s Market and Competition Research Team. In 1993–1999, he served as Vice-President of the Management Board of the Provincial Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management in Lublin. In 1999–2003, he was Vice-President of Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Wodociągów i Kanalizacji Sp. z o.o. in Puławy. From July 2003 to August 2008, he served as Deputy Head of the Końskowola commune and in 2008–2014 as Deputy Mayor of Puławy.
Mr Nakonieczny currently serves as Deputy Director of the Department of Key Companies at the Ministry of State Treasury.
He has experience in the area of ownership supervision. In 1994–1998, he was Chairman of the Supervisory Board of MPWiK Sp. z o.o. of Puławy, and later, as Deputy Mayor, he exercised ownership supervision over all municipal companies in the town of Puławy.
Since March 2015, he has been Member of the Supervisory Board of Huta Pokój.
The other information specified in Par. 28 of the Minister of Finance’s Regulation on current and periodic information to be published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognition as equivalent of information whose disclosure is required under the laws of a non-member state (Dz. U. No. 33 of February 28th 2009, item 259) will be disclosed in a current report.
