PGNiG: Changes in the composition of the PGNiG Supervisory Board

The Management Board of Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo SA (“PGNiG”) reports that the Shareholder – The State Treasury, acting on the basis of Article 35.1 of the Articles of Association of PGNiG, has appointed Ms Anna Wellisz to the Supervisory Board of PGNiG as at April 1st, 2016.
Ms Anna Welisz has stated that she is not engaged in any activities competitive to PGNiG’s business, she is not partner in any competitive civil-law partnership or another type of partnership, or member of the governing bodies of any company competitive to PGNiG, and is not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained under the National Court Register Act.
The other information specified in Par. 28 of the Minister of Finance’s Regulation on current and periodic information to be published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognition as equivalent of information whose disclosure is required under the laws of a non-member state (Dz. U. No. 33 of February 28th 2009, item 259) will be disclosed in a current report.
