PGNiG: Notification of transactions in PGNiG SA bonds executed by a person closely associated with a person discharging managerial responsibilities

The Management Board of Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo SA (“PGNiG”) announces that on July 11th 2016 it received a notification of transactions referred to in Art. 19(1) of the MAR Regulation (“Notification”) from Polska Spółka Gazownictwa Sp. z o.o., a person closely associated with Mr Bogusław Marzec, Vice-President of the Management Board of PGNiG.
