PGNiG: Registration of Amendments to PGNiG’s Articles of Association by Court

The Management Board of Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo SA (“PGNiG”) hereby reports that the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register, decided on July 18th 2016 to register the amendment to PGNiG’s Articles of Association adopted by virtue of Resolution No. 29/VI/2016 of the Annual General Shareholders Meeting of PGNiG held on June 28th 2016. The registration of the amendment took place on July 19th 2016.
The registered amendment was presented in the current report no. 64/2016 dated June 28th 2016.
