PGNiG: Management Board member’s decision not to stand for re-appointment

The Management Board of Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo SA (“PGNiG”, “Company”) announces that on December 13th 2016 it was notified of a decision by Mr Bogusław Marzec, Vice President of the PGNiG Management Board, Finance, not to stand for re-appointment to the Company’s Management Board.
