PGNiG: Registration of Amendments to PGNiG’s Articles of Association by Court

The Management Board of Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo SA (“PGNiG”) hereby reports that it obtained an information about a resolution from the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register, dated on March 2nd 2017, on the registration of the amendment to PGNiG’s Articles of Association adopted by virtue of Resolution No. 8/XI/2016 of the Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting of PGNiG held on November 24th 2016. The registration of the amendment took place on March 2nd 2017.
The registered amendment was presented in the current report no. 110/2016 dated November 24th 2016.
