PGNiG: Changes in the composition of the PGNiG Supervisory Board

The Management Board of Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo SA (“PGNiG”) reports that the Shareholder – The State Treasury, acting on the basis of Article 35.1 of the Articles of Association of PGNiG, has appointed Mr Roman Gabrowski to the Supervisory Board of PGNiG as at August 22nd, 2019.
Immediately after the Company receives curriculum vitae and the required statements from Mr. Roman Gabrowski, referred to in § 10 sec. 4) - 6) of the Minister of Finance’s Regulation on current and periodic information to be published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognition as equivalent of information whose disclosure is required under the laws of a non-member state, dated March 29th 2018 (Dz.U. 2018, item 757), they will be published in a separate current report.
