PGNiG: Extension of the exclusive negotiation period to acquire TAURON Ciepło Sp. z o.o.

In reference to Current Report No. 29/2020 of June 16th 2020 concerning the commencement of exclusive negotiations with Tauron Polska Energia S.A. (“Tauron”) to acquire all shares in Tauron Ciepło Sp. z o.o. and to Current Report No. 43/2020 of July 28th 2020 concerning the extension of the exclusive negotiation period announces that on September 22nd 2020 it has been informed that the exclusive negotiation period granted to the Company has been extended until 30th November 2020.
