PGNiG: Decision of the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection on anti-trust proceedings regarding heat market in Warsaw

Further to Current Reports No. 9/2019 of March 11th 2019 and 12/2019 of March 15th 2019 the management board of Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo SA („PGNiG”, „Company”) reports on the receipt of a decision of the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection to refrain from imposing financial penalties against PGNiG and PGNiG TERMIKA S.A., a subsidiary of PGNiG.
