PGNiG: Appointment of Mr Artur Cieślik for the position of the Vice President of the Management Board of PGNiG SA

The Management Board of Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo SA (“PGNiG”, the “Company”) hereby announces that the Company’s Supervisory Board at its meeting held on March 2nd, 2021 decided to appoint Mr Artur Cieślik for the position of the Vice President of the Management Board, with the effect from March 16th, 2021, for the 6th joint term of office of the Company's Management Board, ending on January 10th, 2023.
The Company will provide further information on Mr Artur Cieślik required under Minister of Finance’s Regulation on current and periodic information to be published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognition as equivalent of information whose disclosure is required under the laws of a non-member state, dated March 29th 2018 in a separate current report.
