PGNiG: Execution of credit agreements with syndicate of banks comprising Bank of China Limited and Bank of China (Europe) S.A. as well as with banks: Deutsche Bank Polska S.A. and Credit Agricole Bank Polska S.A.

Further to Current Report No. 47/2021 of December 13th 2021, the Management Board of Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo SA (“PGNiG” or the “Company”) announces that on February 23rd 2022 PGNiG entered into credit agreements with syndicate of banks comprising Bank of China Limited operating through Bank of China Limited Luxembourg Branch and Bank of China (Europe) S.A. operating through Bank of China (Europe) S.A. Branch in Poland in the amount of PLN 1200 million as well as with banks: Deutsche Bank Polska S.A. in the amount of PLN 400 million and Credit Agricole Bank Polska S.A. in the amount of PLN 200 million, acquiring additional short-term financing for a period of up to 9 months from the date of the conclusion of the agreements.
